60 minute classes that incorporate high intensity interval training in a variety of movements to include cardio, core, gymnastics and weightlifting. The Burn option will have less emphasis on the more technical gymnastic and weightlifting skilled movements.
As a Beginner we offer you the opportunity to schedule four, 60 minute classes (at 4 or 5:30 in the evening) that will introduce you to the RefugeFit class movements. These movements will build through each class and each class will end with a smaller version of the Refuge Class workout for that day. Are you already familiar with the movements or have you been exercising? No time to schedule a Beginner Class in the evenings, but you still want to give Refuge Fitness a try? Do not let that stop you. Drop in and jump right in!!! Our excellent coaching staff will go over every movement and exercise at the begging of each class. We will customize whatever the work out is to your fitness level. All of our workouts are scalable to anyone interested in giving Refuge Fitness a try!!!
